Drove the divisional technology strategies that resulted in a technology enabled direct fulfillment channel, a direct customer ordering system enabling both multi million dollars in annual cost savings along with improved customer satisfaction, a call center system powering a JD Power award winning organization, a corporate portal linking the entire Apple ecosystem and a suite of product life cycle management systems that drove cost and cycle time improvements in product development.
