Entreprenurial
Founded and grew a profitable $10 million company in four years. As the CEO, I drove the company positioning, led the sales and marketing efforts to 70% annual growth, secured financing and negotiated three acquisitions including the sale of the company to a NASDAQ traded company.
Built the customer operations organization as one of the early executive for Asera, an e-commerce startup that developed one of the first software as a service companies.
Significant management experience with acquisitions that include negotiating both the buy and sale side, closing a sale to a NASDAQ traded entity, advisory assistance in a consulting capacity and successful operational integration with both the PeopleSoft / JD Edwards and Oracle / PeopleSoft transactions.
